Community Meeting #5: Draft Plan (October)

We are in the final stretch of the Bicentennial Bluffs Choice Neighborhood Transformation Plan!

Participate in the Fall Bicentennial Bluffs Neighborhood Cleanup and a celebration of the new bus shelter at the Western Avenue Greenway, followed by Community Meeting #5 at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church Gym.

After a morning of working together to care for the neighborhood, we’ll come together to review the Draft Plan goals, strategies, and projects for Heritage Place Apartments and the broader Bicentennial Bluffs Planning Area.

This meeting is another opportunity to share feedback, discuss priorities and strategies, and help shape the Transformation Plan as it moves toward completion.
