Let's keep the conversation going!
Join the upcoming Working Groups #3, and help to define project priorities for People, Housing, and Neighborhood.
What are Working Groups?
Working Groups are meant as gatherings where residents, community partners, local organizations, and public agencies come together to contribute shaping the future of the Bicentennial Bluffs Planning Area. These small, collaborative meetings will focus on key topics:
People
Housing
Neighborhood

To encourage meaningful participation, two Housing Working Groups will be offered:
A Resident Housing Working Group will provide Heritage Place Apartments residents an opportunity to review the latest housing concepts, receive planning updates, and share feedback.
A Virtual Stakeholder Housing Working Group will bring together community partners and agencies to discuss the same concepts from an implementation and technical perspective.

This is an opportunity to continue providing feedback, sharing ideas, discussing strategies, and helping guide the development of the Choice Neighborhoods Transformation Plan.
Where are we in the process?

We’ve come a long way already!
Through four community meetings and two working groups, we have listened, learned, and begun shaping a collective vision with the community while initiating the strategy development process.
The Working Groups #3 will be the third of four meetings that will help refine priorities and inform the next steps of the planning process.
Stay tuned!
